Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop all call center associates
  • Manage and develop service team members
  • Monitor call times and quality of calls
  • Look for trends within the calls to bring to developers for solutions
  • Collaborate with key cross-functional groups including sales, operations, IT, and marketing
  • Know 32market back end management
  • Know TKC back end management
  • Adjust associates based on call capacities
  • Work with operations to improve call centers efficiencies
  • Inventory management a plus

Qualifications:
  • 3 - 5 years previous experience in Call Center Management
  • CRM, Sales Force, and Desk.com
  • Strong work experience working with cross functional teams
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows terminology
  • Multi-bilingual a BIG plus.
